After only five full years in the business Ben Kinney now owns and operates a top producing real estate team in Washington State along with a large real estate brokerage with over 180 agents servicing 4 counties. Ben is a national trainer and speaker, a top producing agent that will sell well over 200 homes in 2010, and a published author that specializes in educating the real estate industry on social media, internet lead generation, creating systems, and team building. 

Ben Kinney serves on the board of directors at Activerain Corp and is the content creator and keynote speaker for Raincamp, a nationally known real estate technology conference. This year, Ben Kinney, with The New York Times best-selling author Jay Papasan (author of Shift and Millionaire Real Estate Agent) wrote and published Soci@l - How to attract friends, followers, and connections to your real estate business. 

Most recently Ben Kinney has created the newest real estate designation and training program - IMSD (Internet Marketing Specialist Designation) which teaches agents the tools and systems needed to thrive in the toughest of markets. 

When Ben is not teaching, writing about, or selling real estate he enjoys fishing Washington rivers for steelhead, playing with his golden retriever Taupo, and cooking for his friends.
