- Matthew Fetick has only been in real estate for a few years. His team is currently #1 in his region and in the top 100 in Keller William Real Estate. Matt attributes his success to following the MREA models, which he has mastered. It is his passion for his personal education that drove him to become a Master Faculty Instructor.
- Matt is a former police officer and paramedic and he utilizes his experiences to gain a better understanding of people and business. Matt's teaching style is very dynamic but he sticks to the core of the curriculum because he believes in systems and models.

Tyler Elstrom met Matt a while ago and asked for his help. Matt checked in with him from time to time, and now has Tyler presenting at his regional mastermind in 2013! What a testimony to sharing learning; someone like Matt jumping in and assisting a brand new agent - who was not even in his region!

Not only does Matt have a ton of credibility as someone who has created a huge amount of success in a comparably short period of time, he has built this success using models and systems - so he can clearly explain his path to others, allowing them to follow his lead.
Matt is always willing to share, and his style is both fun and direct. His classes are always amazing, and we're so fortunate to have someone of his caliber right here in our Region!
If Matt is teaching a class - you should do whatever you can to make sure you get there!!

Matthew Fetick was the first Keller Williams mega agent I got to hear speak. I had just gotten my license and hadn't committed to a firm yet. After going to Matthew's seminar, I signed up for Keller Williams right away! It's amazing to see someone who is not only living the KW culture but can also help others see their potential in the company. Mathew is an example of what being successful is all about...bringing others up with you and helping them grow. I look forward to seeing him speak again in the future!
