Scott Agnew is the operating principal of the Utah region and owns four offices. He has a combined 1,500 associates that generated over1 billion dollars in sales in 2010. He has earned over $1,000,000 in profit share and is in the top 1% of profit share earners in Keller Williams. 

In 2007, 2008,2009, Real Trends Magazine named Scott Agnew the 74th largest broker/owner in the United States. 

Scott is the President of Tempe Diablos, a charity organization that raised over $450,000 in 2010 for college scholarships in Arizona. 

Scott has a passion for personal leadership dynamics to create a positive impact on the people around him. He is an actively involved OP who encourages and guides his team leaders to achieve extraordinary results. 

He is proficient at consulting and coaching mega agents and team leaders about the recruiting and hiring process using KW tools and systems

Georgia Alpizar has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1970 and has vast background from finance to Real Estate Sales and Management. 
Georgia joined Keller Williams in 1999 and became the Team Leader of the Keller Williams Plano Market Center and served in this role for over 5 years. In 2006, Georgia became the Regional Director for the North Florida Region which has over 2800 associates and 30 Market Centers. She credits her move to Keller Williams to "the culture of the company and unlimited opportunities." During her role as Team Leader, she grew the market center to over 300 agents with consistent rankings in the top 5 internationally for profit and profit sharing. 
In 2009, Georgia's accomplishments were recognized by Keller Williams Realty International by being inducted as a charter member into the Team Leader Hall of Fame with 11 other inductees honored the first year. 

Georgia earned her KW International Master Faculty designation in 2005. She served on the original Agent Technology Council in 2003-2004 and became the Director of EagentC in 2005-2006. 
In addition to her current role as the Regional Director of North Florida, Georgia is the Operating Principle of the Little Rock Market Center and is an investor in market centers located in California and Texas. 
Georgia is passionate about sharing what she has learned over the years, believing wholeheartedly that training not only advances your career, it brings quality to your life. Enthusiastic and energetic, Georgia strives to pass along her knowledge so others may "build an exciting and profitable career in real estate." Michael Bastian joined Keller Williams in December 2002. Initially, he was attracted by the promise of increased passive income opportunities, and as a Mega Agent, he quickly moved his team to a seventh level business. 

Within six months of joining the company, he became a Team Leader of the Tacoma, WA, Market Center. As Team Leader, Mike moved the market center from over $380,000 in losses to over $350,000 in profits in just a little over a year. In December 2004, he earned the growth partner award for recruiting and was the winner of the KWRI "Get-One" recruiting campaign. In 2005, he moved the Tacoma Market Center from being ranked last in the country to #8 in Market Center Growth, and was awarded Turn-Around Market Center Team Leader of the year. 

In 2006, Mike became the Operating Partner in Gig Harbor, WA, became an investor in multiple market centers and was named as a member of the Keller Williams Realty International Master Faculty, specializing in leadership training. 

In 2007 Mike became a MAPS Leadership Coach, and was awarded the 2009 MAPS Leadership Coach of the Year. 

Mike now draws from his unique experience as a KW Mega Agent, Team Leader, Operating Partner, and a Master Faculty Member in order to coach his MAPS clients. His coaching style combined with high level accountability causes his clients to produce dramatic results, and proves to be an investment for their market centers.

Mike Brodie

  • With 34 years of real estate experience, Mike Brodie joined Keller Williams in 1994 because he "loved the model!" He has reached production levels of $22 million and been ranked in the Top 10 in production and profitability. 

    Mike's currently the EVP of Special Projects in Keller Williams Realty International where his insight and perspective are critical to fulfilling the needs of KW Associates in an ever-changing market. Additionally, Mike is an active owner and leader in three regions: Upstate New York & Manhattan, Northern California & Hawaii, and Maryland & DC. 

    Mike considers KWU to be the industry standard for excellence in education for all levels of real estate businesses. His passion for KW's philosophy and culture is evident in the classroom.

Todd Butzer

Todd Butzer joined Keller Williams Realty International in 2003 as the Vice President of Training. In his role at KWRI, his creativity, experience and knowledge in real estate, training and marketing were critical in the development and foundation of the current KWU initiatives. 

Currently, Todd continues to be involved in various training activities including the instructor training program; however, as a co-owner and the Regional Director of the North Central Region of Keller Williams Realty, his focus in the development and success of the Region has become forefront. A native of Minnesota, Todd brings more than 20 years of real estate, related marketing experience and effective leadership to the Region. 

As an instructor and Ambassador for Keller Williams, his passion, knowledge and ability are evident and inspiring. Todd embodies our culture and offers his students a fun, energetic and safe learning environment. With lots of class participation and interaction, he effectively delivers KWU's courses and materials by sharing his knowledge and personal stories.
