Seth Campbell
Seth enjoys living in Maryland with his wife, Flaviane, and three wonderful children. Seth is the owner two 7th level mega teams - Seth Campbell Realty Group (which is over 300 miles away from his home), and Five Doors where he works about an hour a week in those businesses because of his implementation of the RSTLM process. Seth built his first 7th level team in five years. He also has a market center in incubation and will soon launch as the OP. Additionally, he is the Regional Director for the Maryland/D.C. Region.Seth is passionate about teaching and sharing the amazing Keller Williams models and tools that have changed his life. Having the honor of masterminding in Gary's private top 100 group, attending RD meetings, and leadership meetings gives him an interesting perspective of the entire system.
Steve Chader
I spent 20 years at a "100%" company and I thought I was doing really well in real estate (in the top 10% of Realtors nationwide). After joining Keller Williams and experiencing the training and support that an interdependent environment creates, my business more than doubled selling over 200 homes per year. My experience is that continual education and training is the difference in being good or being great. Teaching is my gift. I am passionate about it, and it is what I do best.
Leadership, Team Building, Personal Development, Fierce Conversations and BOLD are the topics I am most enthusiastic about teaching. I believe to master something you need to teach it and these topics are developing my leadership skills.

Kristan Cole
- If there was such an organization for Who's Who of Massive Achievement, Kristan Cole would fit this category. Her 28 year + span in the real estate industry has led her to be an outstanding leader and influencer within the real estate arena. Not only recognized in the top 100 for RE/MAX International year after year, she also has ranked in the top 5 for the commercial division. Now with the Keller Williams organization her team is in the top 25 this year. As a Keller Williams approved International Master Faculty Trainer, she speak to Realtors across the country on improving their system, models, lead generation and leverage. Having been through two market shifts in her career, she is a person who values the message, "Just Keep Marching". She has shown how to move forward, achieve goals and thrive even when market challenges arise.
- Understanding that it is critical to shift and set your mindset for growth and thinking outside of the box, this has contributed to her ever growing success on business systems, lead generation, social networking and web strategy. She is holds many designations including CRS, ABR, CCIM, CHLMS, CDPE and has her MBA also. She is also the Past-President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) of Alaska, a Director in Keller Williams Commercial, a member of the Keller Williams Luxury Home Division, and a member of the Commercial Leadership Council (CLC) for 2010 & 2011. This year Kristan has also added to her activities as the Talent Search Director for KWRI. In addition, she is a Star Power Star, CyberStar and a nationally recognized speaker that actively sells real estate; lots of real estate. Over the last 3 years Kristan has increased her team's web production where over 39% of her closed buyers come from her web strategy.
- In addition to donating to KWCares with each commission received, Kristan also donates to charities in her community. Kristan is a huge fan of non-profits and supports them with each closing they have. Her clients choose the local non-profit they enjoy and then Kristan donates in our clients name to that charity at closing. It's a win-win for both clients and community as arising tide floats all boats.
Scott Crouch
Scott Crouch has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, joining Keller Williams in 1997 and as Team Leader helped launch one of the first market centers in AZ MC99. He was drawn to Keller Williams by its "economic model that provides for unlimited passive income potential." He has numerous industry awards as a Realtor, Broker, Team Leader, and OP as well as Regional Director that bring real life experience and application to the class room. Crouch has also built several business within the KW system to the 7th level with ownership in multiple Market Centers and in the Northern California/Hawaii Region.
As a member of the Southwest Region Hall of Fame Crouch's commitment to helping others achieve their goals is perfectly matched with Keller Williams University's learning-based platform of real estate training, life balance and is in step with "Careers worth having, Business worth Owning and Life's worth Living."
